If you look at the calorie content, egg noodles win compared to pasta. 100 grams of egg noodles have 20 fewer calories than spaghetti.

Then, the protein content of egg noodles is below that of pasta, even though one of the raw ingredients is eggs. This is about 1.3 grams less protein than 100 grams of pasta.

In terms of calcium content, egg noodles are 2 times higher than pasta. If egg noodles have 12 milligrams of calcium, pasta only has 7 milligrams.

According to Health Line, 160 grams of cooked egg noodles contain important nutrients, such as 7 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, zinc, iron, folate, riboflavin, selenium, and others.

Egg noodles are similar to pasta, but the difference is in the calories and carbohydrates. Egg noodles contain 221 calories, 40 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of fat per 160 grams of cooked egg noodles.
