KOMPAS.com – Indomie officially launched a new variant, namely the Korean Ramyeon Series variant, by collaborating with a band from Korea, New Jeans as global brand ambassador.
“Korea has indeed become a global trend, so that is what inspired us to release Korean products,” said General Manager Marketing Noodle Division PT Indofood CBP (ICBP) Julia Atman at the event press conference Indomie Korean Ramyeon Series 2024 in Gandaria City, South Jakarta, Thursday (31/10/2024).

He added, according to data from the Korean Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Indonesia is one of the top three countries that consume the most Korean products in the world.
Therefore, he said, Indomie presents a typical Korean noodle variant for Indomie lovers all over the world.
Julia said that the aim of launching the Indomie Korean Ramyeon Series was to fulfill the hopes and requests of Indomie lovers who wanted the presence of a typical Korean variant of Indomie.

“We also want to expand our product choices, especially for the Indomie Premium Collection segment. The more products we provide, the more we can meet people’s different tastes,” he said.
Not only that, he added, the presence of Korean-style Indomie is expected to make Indomie even more innovative and more relevant to generation Z (Gen Z).
The Indomie Korean Ramyeon Series comes in three variants, namely Spicy Ramyeon, Fiery Chikin, and K-Rose. Prices start from IDR 6,000 per variant.

The Spicy Ramyeon variant comes with a spicy Korean soup sensation. Then the Fiery Chikin variant offers a typical Korean fried chicken taste sensation with a combination of spicy, sweet, salty and savory flavors.
Meanwhile, the K-Rose variant offers a spicy creamy taste that is appetizing.
The Indomie Korean Ramyeon Series also comes in Pop Mie variants, namely Pop Mie with Spicy Ramyeon flavor and Pop Mie with Fiery Chikin flavor.
On the same occasion, Indomie ICBP Senior Brand Manager, Cherie Anisa said that during the launch period of the Korean variant of Indomie, people could also experience eating Korean-style Indomie in Gandaria City.

At the launch of the Indomie Korean Ramyeon Series, Indomie also collaborated with a band from Korea, New Jeans as ambassadors.
“We are currently appointing New Jeans as Indomie’s Global Brand Ambassador.
