The General Election Commission (KPU) determined candidate pair (paslon) number 1, Simplisius Donatus-Gonzalo Gratianus Muga Sada (Idola), as the winner of the 2024 Nagekeo Regent Election (Pilbup). incumbent number 2, Johanes Don Bosco Do-Marianus Waja (Yes Volume II).
The other two candidate pairs are candidate pair number 3 Tomas Tiba Owa-Seke Albertus (Master) and candidate pair number 4 Elias Djo-Marselinus Siku (Golden Gate). The determination of the Idol duo as winners of the 2024 Nagekeo Regional Election is contained in the Nagekeo KPU Decree Number 1015 concerning Determination of the Results of the 2024 Nagekeo Regent and Deputy Regent Election.

Those with the most votes were followed by the Golden Gate duet with 21,271 votes, Yes Volume II with 20,339 votes, and Master with 9,424 votes. There were 82,903 voters exercising their voting rights in the 2024 Nagekeo Regional Election. Of this number, 82,401 votes were valid and 502 votes were declared invalid.
The 2024 Nagekeo regional election is being participated by four candidate pairs. They are an idol duet promoted by PAN and PDIP; Yes Volume II is supported by Perindo, NasDem, Democrat, PKS, Golkar, and Gerindra; Master is supported by PSI, Gelora, Labor, PKN and PPP; and the Golden Gate is supported by the Hanura and PKB parties.
