Husband Has a Recipe for Tamarind Vegetables, Wife is Good at Making Nasgor

Suara.com – Vice presidential candidate number 02, Gibran Rakabuming Raka apparently really understands how to manage spices and then make them into food recipes. This can be seen from Gibran’s tweet today, Monday (19/2).

On his Twitter account @gibran_tweet, Gibran shared a recipe for tamarind vegetables. Gibran in his tweet wrote that a delicious sour taste in tamarind vegetables can be created by choosing young tamarind.

Apart from young tamarind, Gibran also said that a fresh taste when enjoying tamarind vegetables can be created by using star fruit vegetables cut into pieces.

“To give a delicious sour taste to tamarind vegetables, use young tamarind. Choose a large one to get a strong sour taste. Apart from young tamarind, you can use chopped starfruit or tamarind water,” Gibran was quoted as saying in a tweet.

Gibran added that the key to serving delicious tamarind vegetables is to add the sour water last so that the vegetables don’t become tough due to the effects of the acid.

“Add the sour water last so that the vegetables don’t become tough from the sour taste,” continued Gibran.

“When boiling vegetables for tamarind vegetables, boil the hard vegetables first, such as sweet corn and melinjo fruit, then add the softer vegetables,” added Selvi Ananda’s husband.

Talking about cooking, Selvi Ananda as a wife also has her own skills. Selvi, for example, has a delicious fried rice recipe.

Some time ago, Selvi showed off her skills in preparing delicious fried rice. For your information, fried rice is one of the favorite foods of presidential candidate number 01, Prabowo Subianto.

In the video that circulated some time ago, Selvi Ananda seemed busy cooking fried rice.

Selvi was seen painstakingly cooking and stirring the fried rice.

In fact, he is not afraid of heat and listens carefully to Chef Igo’s directions.

“It looks like Mrs. Selvi often cooks because she’s not afraid of the heat, which means Mrs. Selvi often cooks, the color is already pretty, isn’t it, you use Sasa Fried Rice, you don’t need to use onions.”

“Okay, okay, lastly we add the fried onions, okay, just turn off the stove,” said Chef Igo when accompanying Selvi Ananda to cook fried rice at an MSME event.
