How to store cauliflower so it lasts, can be put in the refrigerator

After buying cauliflower at the market, you can process it immediately or save it for later use.

If stored properly, cauliflower can last for more than a week. Make sure the cauliflower is dry and the storage area has good ventilation.

Chopped cauliflower can last for about five days if stored in the refrigerator.
