- 300 grams of green beans, ready to use
- Water for boiling
- 50 grams of white glutinous rice, wash clean

How to make green bean porridge:
1. Soak green beans in water for two hours, drain. Boil water in a pan, add green beans with sticky rice, pandan leaves and ginger.
2. Boil until the green beans and glutinous rice are blooming and soft and only a little of the boiling water remains, remove from heat.
3. Put the coconut milk in a pan, add brown sugar and salt, simmer over the fire. Cook while adding coconut milk until it boils.
4. Add the mixture of green beans and sticky rice, stir well and continue to cook until it boils again and is cooked.
5. Add young coconut, crush it into it, stir briefly, remove from heat. Transfer into a serving container, serve.
