100 ml water
2 tbsp cooking oil

How to make:

Roast fried peanuts over low heat until they emit a fragrant aroma. Blend the fried peanuts, shallots, garlic, candlenuts, brown sugar, sweet soy sauce, salt and ground pepper. Use a blender or traditional pestle.
