Cheese cakes are made with simple ingredients such as butter, liquid milk, cheese, flour, and eggs.

Material:
- 300 grams of butter
- 150 grams of grated cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 500 grams of flour, sift
- 2 egg yolks, beaten, for spread
- 1 tablespoon of liquid milk
- 75 grams of cheese, grated

How to make cheese cakes:
- Beat butter, grated cheese, and eggs until evenly mixed. Add flour little by little while stirring with a spatula.
- The shape of the round dough with two spoons and place it on a baking sheet of margarine.
- Mix egg yolks and liquid milk, stir well. Rub the surface of the cake with egg yolk mixed with milk and decorated with grated cheese.
- Bake in an oven that has been heated at a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius until cooked. Remove and let it cool. Store in a jar, tightly close.
