KOMPAS.com – Spaghetti is a practical menu that can be made with ready-made bolognese seasoning.
However, you can make your own bolognese sauce at home for stock, prepare ingredients such as ground beef, onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce and oregano.
Bolognese sauce can be stored in a closed container and then put in the refrigerator.

Material:
- 250 grams of ground beef
- 1/2 – 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely crushed
- 1 tomato, blender. The skin can be removed first or the seeds can be removed.
- 200 – 250 ml of water
- 4-5 tablespoons bottled tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Salt/sugar/pepper/mushroom stock to taste
- 2 tablespoons margarine for frying

1. Heat margarine, saute the onions and garlic until fragrant. Add the ground beef and stir until it changes color (cooked). Add tomatoes, stir well.
2. Add water, tomato sauce, reduce heat, cook over low heat until the sauce thickens and looks oily.
3. Add oregano, granulated sugar, pepper, mushroom stock to taste. Taste correction.
4. Serve to a variety toppings.
