Round Tofu Material:
- 700 grams of white tofu
- 3 egg yolk
- 3 cloves of garlic (puree)
- 2 tsp powdered powder non MSG
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper powder
- Cooking oil to taste
How to make a round tofu:
- Prepare the dough: puree the white tofu using a fork, then place it on a clean cloth. Squeeze tofu until the water content is reduced.
- Mix the ingredients: Enter the tofu that has been squeezed into the container, then add the egg yolk, baking powdergarlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Round tofu shape: Take enough dough and shape into small circles. Arrange on a baking sheet or container, then store in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours so that the dough is denser.
- Fried Tofu Round: Heat the oil in large quantities. Add round tofu and fry over medium heat. Avoid turning too often tofu so as not to break.
- Drain and serve: After brownish, lift tofu round and drain. Serve while warm to get a crispy texture.

Tips for Perfect Round Tofu
- Make sure the tofu is completely dry before mixing with other ingredients so that the results are more hollow.
