How to Make a Concoction of Black Curcuma Leaves for Body Endurance

Material

  • 50 grams of black ginger leaves
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons honey

How to Make Black Gum Leaves

  1. Wash the black ginger leaves thoroughly to remove stuck dirt and dust.
  2. Cut the black ginger leaves into small pieces so they are easier to extract.
  3. Boil black ginger leaves in 500 ml of water until boiling.
  4. Let the cooking water boil for 10 minutes to ensure the juice comes out.
  5. Strain the stew into a clean glass or container.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the strained stew.
  7. Stir until the honey dissolves and the drink is ready to be served warm.
