Material:
- 2 chicken eggs (beaten)
- 625 ml liquid milk
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 500 gr white bread (cut into cubes)
- 125 gr granulated sugar
- 100 gr raisins
How to make homemade bread pudding
- Prepare the oven by heating it to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Put eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, bread, sugar and raisins in a bowl. Stir until smooth and the entire surface of the bread is completely covered with milk. Then transfer to a heat-resistant container.
- Place in a heatproof container in the oven, bake for about 30 minutes until cooked. Lift, serve.
