Material:

  • 90 grams of butter
  • 75 grams of wheat flour

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 egg white
  • 110 grams of sugar

How to make Chocolate Souffle

  1. Melt the butter in the pan, then add flour. Stir well. Add liquid milk, cook and stir again until thick.
  2. Give chocolate and vanilla, stir again until smooth. Lift.
  3. Give egg yolks, stir again until smooth. Let stand.
  4. In a separate container, beat the egg white until half fluffy. Add sugar, shake again until fluffy.
  5. Pour a mixture of egg white and sugar into a container containing chocolate dough. Stir well.
  6. Cover the heat -resistant container with margarine. Pour the chocolate mixture into the heat -resistant container. Put it in the oven, bake for 20 minutes using a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
