Recipe Chocolate Souffle
Material:
- 90 grams of butter
- 75 grams of wheat flour
- 300 milliliters of liquid milk
- 150 grams Dark Cooking Chocolate or black cooked chocolate (cut)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg white
- 110 grams of sugar

How to make Chocolate Souffle
- Melt the butter in the pan, then add flour. Stir well. Add liquid milk, cook and stir again until thick.
- Give chocolate and vanilla, stir again until smooth. Lift.

- In a separate container, beat the egg white until half fluffy. Add sugar, shake again until fluffy.
