Halal and Practical Chinese Food Recipe, Fuyunghai Chicken Shrimp


KOMPAS.com – Fuyunghai or puyunghai included Chinese food practical and halal that can be made at home.

Fuyunghai is an omelet dish made with a mixture of vegetables and meat, such as chicken and shrimp.

The more complete it is, fuyunghai doused with sweet and sour sauce before serving with warm rice.

Recipe fuyunghai chicken shrimp

Material:

  • 4 eggs
  • 75 grams peeled shrimp (chopped)
  • 75 grams chicken meat (ground)
  • 1 tablespoon onion (chopped)
  • 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Sufficient cooking oil

Sauce ingredients fuyunghai:

  • 1 clove garlic (chopped)
  • 25 grams of onions (cut into matchsticks)
  • 50 grams carrots (cut into matchsticks)
  • 20 grams of peas
  • 300 milliliters chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon tapioca flour (dissolve in 2 tablespoons water)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to make fuyunghai chicken shrimp

1. Beat eggs, onions, garlic, spring onions, chopped shrimp, ground chicken, ground pepper and salt until smooth.

2. Heat cooking oil in a non-stick frying pan. Pour in and cook the beaten eggs until both sides are cooked. Lift and drain.

3. Make sweet and sour sauce by heating oil, sautéing garlic and onions until fragrant. Add carrots and peas, stir briefly.

4. Pour in the stock, tomato sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, tapioca solution, granulated sugar and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil.

5. Lift, serve fuyunghai with the sauce.
