Jakarta (ANTARA) – Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu Restaurant has opened its second branch at AEON Mall Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java and presents a variety of katsu meat menus with typical Japanese flavors.
“With gyukatsu cooking techniques that use quality ingredients, visitors will be able to enjoy a rich tasting eating experience in every set menu,” said Timbul as Brand Manager of Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu Indonesia, quoted from his official statement in Jakarta, Thursday.
The restaurant serves a variety of katsu meat menus, from sirloin to wagyu. There are also other menus that visitors can enjoy, such as salmon katsu, maguro katsu, and curry rice.

To enjoy the katsu meat to the fullest, the restaurant presents the concept of serving the meat in the ideal medium rare portion. Apart from that, katsu meat is made by frying it at a higher temperature and for a short duration so that the meat remains juicy and delicious.
If you don’t really like medium rare katsu meat, visitors can also choose the level of doneness of the katsu meat according to their wishes. Therefore, the restaurant also provides a meat grill on the table so that customers can cook the meat according to their taste.
Food prices at the restaurant are priced from IDR 88 thousand to hundreds of thousands of Rupiah for the set menu. The restaurant also provides a discount promo of up to 33 percent for BRI card and Bank Mandiri credit card users during the opening period of Gyukatsu Kyoto Katsugyu in Cikarang.
