Healthy foods must be consumed while dieting. A dietitian explains how to guide the contents of a dinner plate, from carbohydrates to protein.
There are many different diet methods. The key is to eat balanced nutritious foods that meet your daily nutritional intake.
Reporting from Food NDTV (5/10), Deepsikha Jain, a nutrition expert, revealed the contents of a diet plate that is appropriate to consume in a video upload on Instagram. In the video, he explains that the contents of a diet plate must be nutritionally balanced.
“A balanced plate makes you healthier! Most overeating problems will stop if you learn how to eat mindfully. By including all types of macro and micro nutrients on one plate,” said Deepsikha Jain.
“Most people struggle to lose weight or suffer from obesity and disease because they don’t know how to find a mindful balance on their plate,” he added.

Jain explained that the contents of the plate were nutritionally balanced. There is an intake of vegetables or salad. The portion is half a plate of salad or raw vegetables which can help the body regulate blood sugar levels.
Then, there is intake in the form of protein. This protein intake can be adjusted according to taste. You can use animal protein, such as chicken, fish, and others. You can also use vegetable protein, such as tofu, tempeh, and various nuts.
Don’t forget to include probiotic intake. Served in a separate bowl, it can be yogurt which can improve digestive health to help the metabolic process.
You can adjust your carbohydrate intake according to your taste. It can be bread or rice in the form of a quarter plate.

“This way, you can get macros and probiotics and can control the number of calories. All of this will help manage your weight better,” he explained.
