KOMPAS.com – Sausages are one of the menus that you shouldn’t miss on the New Year’s Eve menu.
You can make grilled black pepper sausage with potatoes, carrots, jumbo chicken sausage and green beans.
Meanwhile, the seasoning for grilled sausage consists of tomato sauce, oyster sauce, onions, black pepper, chili sauce and margarine.

Material:
- 1 potato, sliced lengthwise
- 1 carrot, diced
- 3 jumbo chicken sausages
- 3 green beans, cut into 2 cm pieces
- Lettuce to taste
Sauce ingredients:
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1/2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in water

1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Fry potatoes, set aside. Boil the carrots and green beans for seven minutes, remove from heat and drain.
2. Saute the onions. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce and black pepper. Stir well. Add the cornstarch solution, stir again and remove from heat.
3. Slice the sausage.
4. Heat a pan with a little margarine, grill the sausages until browned.
5. Brush the surface of the sausage with sauce. Bake until cooked.
6. Arrange on a serving plate, decorated with lettuce, potatoes, carrots and green beans. Drizzle sausages with black pepper sauce.
