Green Chili Stir Fry Recipe, Practical Side Dish Idea for Lunch

Ingredients for stir fried green chili:

  • 300 grams of boiled gravel
  • 1 tempeh board (cut lengthwise)
  • 8 red onions (sliced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • 10 large green chilies (sliced ​​obliquely)
  • 2 centimeters galangal (bruised)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 150 milliliters of water
  • 2 tablespoons oil (for frying)

1. Boil the gravel with bay leaves in boiling water until soft, then cut into long pieces. Meanwhile, fry the tempeh in cooking oil until cooked, then remove and set aside.

2. Heat the oil on a Teflon using medium heat, then saute the shallots, garlic, galangal and bay leaves until fragrant. After that, add the soy sauce and a little water, then stir until all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

3. Add the kikil and green chilies then cook again while stirring well, then adjust the taste with additional salt, sugar and ground pepper. Once all the ingredients are cooked, remove from heat and serve while warm.
