For example, tasting satay culinary which is known as a popular food not only in Indonesia but also throughout the world. Sate is synonymous with the characteristic of meat skewered on skewers.

Then the meat is grilled over hot coals which gives it a distinctive taste with a fragrant aroma. In Indonesia itself, there are various types of satay which are usually sold on the market.

These include chicken satay, goat satay, beef satay, and even seafood satay as a variation of satay dishes. Several variants of satay also usually have different flavors because of the spices.

However, satay generally uses marinades and has its own sauce which makes the dish rich in taste. It is known that several flavors that are often available from satay dishes are spicy, sweet, savory, etc.

Apart from the grilled manufacturing process, satay is also usually consumed with lontong or white rice. The sauce used is generally peanut sauce with the addition of fried onions and extra pickles.

Each satay place has its own characteristics, including secret spices, which make the place busy with visitors. For example, the legendary satay in Bandung, namely Sate Sidareja Pak Gino, has a distinctive taste that makes the place have regular customers.
