KOMPAS.com – There are various ways to make the moment of eating fruit more enjoyable, one of which is by making it salad. To make it fresher, serve it with orange sauce added with vanilla extract.

Sauce ingredients:
- 158 ml fresh orange juice
- 79 ml fresh lemon juice
- 73 gr brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp grated orange peel
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Material salad:
- 280 gr fresh pineapple (diced)
- 280 gr strawberries (clean, slice)
- 3 kiwis (peeled, sliced)
- 3 bananas (cut)
- 2 oranges (peel, cut)
- 140 gr grapes
- 280 gr blueberries
How to make salad fruit without mayonnaise
- Sauce salad. Add sauce ingredients, except vanilla extract, to saucepan. Cook until boiling using medium-high heat.
- When it boils, reduce the heat to medium-low, let the sauce thicken for about five minutes.
- Remove from stove, pour in vanilla extract, stir. Set aside until cool.
- Salad. Put the fruit in a container. Pour over the sauce, refrigerate for three to four hours before serving.
