Fried tofu rolls, with a combination of soft tofu, fresh vegetables, and a crunchy egg coating, could be the right choice.
This snack is easy to make and practical to carry, for example if you want to take it to the park for a picnic.

Ingredients for fried tofu rolls:
- 3 eggs (beaten well)
- 1 teaspoon flour (dissolve in a little water)
- Fine salt to taste
- Sufficient cooking oil
- 2 eggs (beaten well for dipping)
Tofu Dough:
- 400 grams of white tofu (wash clean and puree)
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 eggs (beaten well)
- 50 grams carrots (sliced into small cubes)
- 2 spring onions (finely sliced)
- 2 stalks celery (finely sliced)
- Fine salt to taste

How to make fried tofu rolls:
1. Mix the eggs, flour solution and fine salt in a bowl until evenly mixed, then make the egg mixture into two omelette sheets. After that set it aside.
2. Mix all the tofu dough ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed, then divide the tofu dough into two parts.
3. Prepare an egg omelette, add one part of the tofu mixture, then wrap the filling by rolling it with a sheet aluminum foil which has been smeared with a little oil.
4. Do the same thing for the remaining ingredients, then steam the rolled tofu until cooked or around 30 minutes. After that, remove from heat and let cool.
5. Slice the steamed rolled tofu obliquely, then dip in the beaten egg. Fry the tofu until golden brown, then remove and drain.
6. Serve the fried tofu rolls with chili sauce according to taste.
