KOMPAS.com – The Free Nutritious Meal Program (PMG) which operates at the Palmerah Nutrition Services Fulfillment Unit (SPPG) was distributed this morning, Monday (6/1/2025) at around 06.50 WIB.
Based on monitoring Kompas.com in the field, the food menu distributed on the first day of PMG was one piece of stewed chicken, stir-fried long beans, two pieces of flour-fried tofu, rice and one orange. Food is packaged in a plastic oven stainless steel contains five compartments.
This morning, at around 06.00 WIB there were three containers being prepared to distribute food to three points or three schools. In total, food distribution will be sent to 11 school points in the Slipi area.

“We will distribute a total of 2,987 beneficiaries from a total of 11 schools,” said Head of SPPG Palmerah Yudha Permana, quoted from Kompas.com (5/1/2025).
Three containers operating this morning delivered food to SD 07, SD 11, SD 15. One container contained 1,050 ompreng food.
Previously, it was reported Kompas.com (5/1/2025), there are several rooms in this SPPG, starting from receiving food ingredients, processing, to preparing for distribution.
“For the initial process there is loading in, we have a gas storage area inside,” said Yudha.
Then, the next room has a place for checking fruit and vegetables as well as four sinks or places for cleaning fruit and vegetables that enter the SPPG.

“We have two inspection rooms, fruit inspection and vegetable inspection,” said Yudha.
Not only vegetables and fruit, this SPPG also has a place for cleaning and processing meat. Both a slaughtering place and a meat cleaning place.
Then, SPPG Palmerah also has a sterile warehouse to store food ingredients to be processed. “Then there are warehouses, there are two warehouses, cold warehouses and dry warehouses,” explained Yudha.

“The cooking area has a cooking room, there is also a preparation or serving area on the mezzanine,” said Yudha. On the other hand, SPPG also has offices for staff or teams to work. There is a meeting room and a nutrition consultation room.

Finally, there is also a parking space for two box trucks that will deliver food to designated schools.
“Outside that, we provide a garage for two cars,” said Yudha.
