This outlet, which has been open since mid-December 2023, is one of the important moments in the long history of Sate Khas Senayan which has continued to strengthen its culinary riches since 1974.

He said that although this new outlet is not as good as the one at Pakuwon Mall, it is still good.

“There is great potential for the market. In Jakarta there are more than 60 so there are lots of choices there. In Surabaya there are plans to expand. Nationally this is the 70th. In total there are 72 Jabodetabek, Bali, Surabaya and Bandung,” he said.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Waringga Evan, a resident of West Surabaya, who was eating at this newest outlet for the first time, admitted that she was satisfied with the food and service at Gerau.

“This is the first time I’ve eaten here. Usually at Pakuwon Mall because it’s closer to home. I’ve tried them all, they’re all delicious. Only the most delicious ones, in my opinion, are the satay and soto Betawi. The meat is tender, the spices are soft, it penetrates right into the meat. If “Snacks like fried lung. Usually it’s fishy, but this isn’t and it’s crunchy, the meat is tender, the sauce is delicious and creamy and doesn’t taste bad,” he said.
