Experience of Taking a Food Styling Class at Markette Mal Grand Indonesia, Learning the Art of Food Styling


KOMPAS.com – At the opening of its second branch at Grand Indonesia Mall, Markette held a food styling workshop or food styling workshops to enliven this opening event.

The location is on the ground floor (GF) near the Shinta lobby, East Mall, Grand Indonesia Mall, Central Jakarta.

After waiting a while for the event to start, Kompas.com also gathered in the midst of a crowd of people to take part in this food styling workshop. Kompas.com I also feel enthusiastic because this is the first time I have participated workshops kind.

Results workshops can be eaten straight away

The food styling workshop begins. Dea alone Food Stylist patiently model and provide instructions and guidance in arranging a sandwich so that it looks beautiful in the photo.

After the chicken doesn’t move, then add the cheese on top and melt it using a heat gun.

When the cheese has melted, place the arugula leaves and tomatoes on top and then cover with bread again.

After the sandwich is ready, then Kompas.com continues to arrange the plate by placing a mixture of vegetables next to the sandwich and placing french fries that have been given Cajun seasoning in front of the sandwich.

Dea revealed that not all food arrangements must always be neat, especially in the complementary section because it is better for the main food to be highlighted more and the accompaniments can be made as natural as possible.
