“So initially it was because I liked enjoying nature with my friends and wife, and my previous business was also involved in the world of coffee, so the idea for this was created,” said I Putu Hery Dana (33), owner and drink maker at Nyarik Kopi, Sunday (14/7 /2024).
The menu presented here is quite simple and not too much, Hery deliberately chose this to adapt the coffee stand concept which has only been running for eight months.
“The coffee menu is simple, there is hot brewed coffee, milk coffee, chocolate coffee, there is also sweet tea, rosella tea and lime tea,” said Hery, who at that time was helped by his wife and father to sell.
There is no need to doubt the coffee menu here, using robusta coffee beans from farmers in the area around Tabanan. The taste of coffee is not too strong enough to make your eyes wake up after a long journey. Meanwhile, for tea variants, you can try the Rosella tea menu with a refreshing mix of sweet, sour and sour flavors.
There are also simple and traditional Balinese snacks available, one of which is laklak biu (banana), a serabi-like snack. The texture is chewy, the taste is sweet and savory which comes from the laklak dough and banana which is the topping.
All the food and drinks were served warm, making anyone who came at that time tempted to buy them. The prices for food and drinks here are quite affordable, starting from IDR 5 thousand to IDR 15 thousand only.
However, there is an entry and parking fee in this area of IDR 5 thousand per person and IDR 2 thousand per motorbike. Because there are several tourist attractions that can be enjoyed at the same time, such as waterfall tourism, water tubbing and tracking.

Hery appealed to visitors who want to come to see updated operating hours on Instagram @nyarikkopi.
“I recommend coming here in the morning and riding a motorbike, a car is possible but it’s a bit difficult because the roads here are Jalan Subak so small,” concluded Heri.

Even though it looks simple, in the afternoon visitors seem busy and willing to queue before opening time. One of them was Peter James (40) who at that time ordered brewed coffee and laklak biu as an accompaniment. He, who lives in the Canggu area, seemed to appreciate Hery’s efforts.
“With the onslaught of foreigners opening businesses in Bali, I am really happy that there are local MSMEs like this. That’s why I am willing to come from Canggu to support this,” said Peter, who came with three of his friends.
“The brewed coffee is really delicious, I also like local food like this (laklak biu),” he added.
Donna Laurie (34), a visitor from Medan worth three money. He praised how the concept was simple but no less interesting than modern cafes in general.
“Service “It’s good here, plus the natural scenery makes me and other people willing to come all the way here,” said Donna, who seemed excited to talk about her joy at seeing the natural scenery of Tabanan.
