- 100 grams of raisins
- 250 ml water
- 1-2 tablespoons organic honey or sugar
- Sterile glass jar (500 ml)
How to make yeast from raisins
- Wash the raisins and rinse them with clean water several times until the water doesn’t feel soapy, then put the raisins in a sterile jar.
- Prepare clean water, add honey or sugar to it, then pour it into the jar containing the raisins until it covers all the raisins.
- Cover the jar with a clean cloth to allow air circulation, place it in a warm place for 3-5 days, and make sure to stir it every day. If you see bubbles, it means the yeast is ready.
