Lasagna Pasta Ingredients:
- 200 grams lasagna pasta (use one that doesn’t need to be boiled first)
Meat Sauce:
- 250 grams of minced beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 300 grams of tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Cheese:
- 200 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
- 100 grams parmesan cheese, grated
Other Ingredients:
- 250 ml liquid milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
How to make homemade lasagna
- Heat a frying pan, then saute the onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the minced meat, cook until it changes color, then add the tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook until the sauce is thick and even.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the flour and stir until it clumps. Add liquid milk little by little while continuing to stir until the white sauce becomes thick and smooth.
- Prepare a baking sheet that has been greased with butter. Arrange one layer of lasagna pasta, then add meat sauce, white sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat this step until all the ingredients are used up, and finish by sprinkling parmesan cheese on top.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the lasagna for 30-35 minutes until the cheese on the surface is melted and golden.
- Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
