Apart from water, black tea is one of the most widely consumed drinks in the world. Interestingly, there are many benefits that can be obtained from drinking black tea.
Black tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant. Usually, the leaves of this plant are often mixed with other plants to get different flavors, such as earl gray and chai.
Black tea itself generally has a stronger taste. It also tastes more bitter than other types of tea, complete with a higher caffeine content.
