KOMPAS.com – Dried potatoes can be used as a long-lasting side dish to stock at home to make eating more practical.
Dried potatoes are made with potatoes, whiting, lime leaves, shallots, garlic, curly red chilies, large red chilies and salt.

Material:
- 1 liter of cooking oil
- 1 kg potatoes, cut into matchsticks, soak with 2 liters of water and 1 teaspoon of whiting for 15 minutes, and wash thoroughly
- 10 lime leaves
- 3 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Spices, puree:
- 10 red onions
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 10 curly red chilies
- 5 large red chilies, remove seeds

How to make dry potatoes:
1. Heat oil, fry potatoes over medium heat until dry. Lift and drain.
2. Heat three tablespoons of oil, saute ground spices and lime leaves until there is no water.
3. Add the fried potatoes, stir well.
4. Add granulated sugar and salt, cook over low heat until cooked. Lift and drain. Serve.
