1. Unsweetened black coffee

Make sure the coffee you consume does not contain added sweeteners. Black coffee is an ideal drink for weight loss because it contains less than 5 calories.

“While black coffee is low in calories, this drink can turn out to be high in calories, sugar and fat when milk and sugar are added,” said dietitian Ashley Shaw, as quoted by Insider.
