Delicious Grilled Salmon Jaw Culinary Combined with Typical Balinese Spices

One of the shops in the city of Denpasar, Bali has innovated to serve processed salmon jaws and heads. Before processing, clean the jaw and head of the salmon. Then soaked in water and smeared with lime juice.

The salmon jaws are then fried over high heat for one minute. Once half cooked, the salmon jaws are placed on the grill. Don’t forget to apply the typical Balinese genep spices and sweet spicy seasonings repeatedly.

If the color of the salmon head turns brown, it means the salmon head is completely cooked. Grilled salmon jaws are even more perfect when served with salmon head soup. The typical Balinese genep seasoning and a mixture of various spices are boiled until boiling.

Then add the salmon head pieces and wait until the spices are absorbed. To be able to enjoy this, culinary connoisseurs only need to spend IDR 40 thousand each
