BANDUNG – This mushroom, combined with various spices and secret ingredients, manages to create a surprising taste, resembling grilled chicken.
Even though it looks like processed mushrooms in general, who would have thought that the taste is very similar to grilled chicken. To make it, first mushrooms crispy fried, then grilled and smeared with candlenut oil seasoning. After the spices are absorbed, the mushrooms are grilled again until perfectly cooked and ready to be served.
According to the restaurant manager, this processed mushroom menu is one of the most frequently ordered by customers because of its unique and distinctive taste.
