Ingredients
Material
- 1,000 grams of rendang meat
- 2,000 ml of thin coconut milk from the remaining thick coconut milk
- 2 cm galangal, bruised
- 2 stalks of lemongrass, take the white, bruise
- 2 turmeric leaves
- 2 pieces of kandis acid
- 500 ml thick coconut milk from 3 coconuts
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Ground spices
- 20 curly red chilies
- 10 large red chilies
- 25 grains (150 grams) shallots
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 2 cm ginger
- 8 candlenuts, roasted
- 1 tablespoon coriander
Manufacturing Steps

Boil thin coconut milk, ground spices, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric leaves and kandis acid while stirring until fragrant.

Add meat. Cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until the meat is tender and thickened.

Pour in thick coconut milk. Cook over low heat while stirring until oily and dry.
