“If meat is washed with water, germs could develop,” he said.
He suggested that if it gets dirty, clean it using hot water and then boil it. Then, the hot water used for washing must be thrown away.
Chairman of Santri Gayeng Nusantara (SGN) Banjarnegara Regency, KH Hakim Annaisaburi, on the same occasion said that this activity was an effort by SGN and RSI Banjarnegara to eat halal and good meat.
“With this kind of training, it is hoped that in the future people in Banjarnegara will be able to consume halal meat,” said Hakim.
He hopes that it is not only knowledge about halal, safe and hygienic slaughter that is important. However, another important thing is how to make a halal buying and selling contract.
“The knowledge of slaughtering already exists, it can be added to the knowledge of buying and selling and the contract to make it halal, this is equally important, don’t let the slaughter be halal but it turns out the contract is not halal, this is dangerous,” he said.
