- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 150 ml liquid milk
- Margarine for spreading

How to Make Cubit Cake
- Beat eggs and sugar until dissolved and fluffy. This mixture will make the texture of the pinch cake soft and light when cooked.
- Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla powder while sifting to ensure the mixture is lump-free. Add liquid milk little by little until the dough is smooth.
- Heat a pinch cake mold or Teflon pan over low heat, then grease with margarine so the dough doesn’t stick.
- Pour the mixture into the mold until it is 3/4 full and add toppings according to taste, such as cheese or grated cheese.
- Close the mold and let it cook until the top hardens and the topping adheres perfectly. Remove and serve pinch cake while warm.
