Cute Cubit Cake Recipe to Celebrate the New Year

Making your own pinch cake at home is very easy, even without special equipment. With just a Teflon pan or a simple mold, these cute pinch cakes are ready to accompany a New Year’s party.

Pinch cake recipe

Material:

  • 150 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 150 ml liquid milk
  • Margarine for spreading

Toppings:

  • Chocolate Meises
  • Grated cheese
  • Melted chocolate

How to Make Cubit Cake

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until dissolved and fluffy. This mixture will make the texture of the pinch cake soft and light when cooked.
  2. Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla powder while sifting to ensure the mixture is lump-free. Add liquid milk little by little until the dough is smooth.
  3. Heat a pinch cake mold or Teflon pan over low heat, then grease with margarine so the dough doesn’t stick.
  4. Pour the mixture into the mold until it is 3/4 full and add toppings according to taste, such as cheese or grated cheese.
  5. Close the mold and let it cook until the top hardens and the topping adheres perfectly. Remove and serve pinch cake while warm.
