- 2 egg yolks

How to make crispy fried chicken:
1. Saute the ground spices with galangal, lemongrass and bay leaves until fragrant, then pour in the coconut water and cook, stirring frequently, until it boils. Add the chicken and boil the chicken until soft, then remove and set aside.
