How to Make Gabin Vla Tape
- Mash the cassava tape using a spoon until smooth, discard the middle fibers.
- Add sweetened condensed milk to the tape, stir well until it becomes a soft vla dough.
- Take one piece of gabin bread, spread the tape mixture on it, then cover with another piece of gabin bread. Press gently so that the dough doesn’t come off easily when frying.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the gabin tape until the outside is brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain, then serve gabin vla tape warm or cold.
