  • 500 grams of potato (peel, wash, dice, fry, mash)
  • 100 grams of corned beef
  • 2 eggs (beaten well)
  • 5 red onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ​​spring onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg (beaten well, for coating)
  • Enough cooking oil (for frying)
  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl, except the egg for the coating, then stir until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into several parts, then round and flatten slightly. Turn it around in the beaten egg.
  3. Deep fry the fritters mixture in hot oil using medium heat. Cook until golden, then remove and serve.
