KOMPAS.com – If you don’t have enough roasted corn after last night’s New Year’s party, you can make it into corn fried rice.
The taste of grilled corn will produce its own taste, especially when combined with chicken and other ingredients. If you want to be creative, add crackers, pickles or chili sauce to taste.

The following is the recipe and method for making corn fried rice from grilled corn left over from New Year, as reported on the page Delicious DishWednesday (1/1/2025).
Material:
- 1 corn (comb the kernels)
- 3 servings of white rice
- 1 chicken thigh fillets (diced)
- 2 eggs (beaten well)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 spring onion (finely sliced)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (for frying)
Ground spice ingredients:
- 8 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic

- Pour oil into a frying pan to heat. Add the ground spices, then cook until aromatic. Add the chicken pieces, cook and stir until the chicken is cooked and changes color. Tip it to one side of the pan.
- Pour the beaten egg down the side of the skillet. Stir quickly until cooked and scrambled.
- Add white rice and corn. Cook and stir until evenly mixed with the spices and eggs.
- Season with soy sauce, salt and ground pepper. Stir until the spices are absorbed into the rice. Sprinkle with spring onions, stir briefly until aromatic, then remove from heat and serve.
