Many people think that instant coffee has no benefits. However, in fact, the content of antioxidant compounds remains packed in instant coffee, reports Drink Super Coffee (18/01/22).
According to a study in Croatia published in the journal Food Chemistry in 2012, instant coffee contains higher levels of antioxidants due to its processing.
