Material:

400 grams beef rendang, cut the meat against the grain

1,000 ml thin coconut milk (from the remaining thick coconut milk)

500 ml thick coconut milk from 2 coconuts

2 cm galangal, bruised

2 stalks of lemongrass, white removed, crushed

2 turmeric leaves, tied

5 lime leaves, bones removed

2 pieces of kandis acid

2 teaspoons salt

2 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar

Ground spices:

15 curly red chilies

5 large red chilies

15 red onions

5 cloves of garlic

2 cm ginger

3 candlenuts, roasted

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons coriander

How to make:

1. Boil thin coconut milk, ground spices, galangal, lemongrass, turmeric leaves, lime leaves, and kandis acid while stirring until it boils.

2. Add meat, salt and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and the sauce thickens.

3. Pour in the thick coconut milk. Cook over low heat while stirring until oily and dry.

Material:

500 grams beef liver, cut into 5×5 cm squares

2 packs of ready-to-use rendang seasoning

1 turmeric leaf, make a knot

4 lime leaves, remove the bones

2 stalks lemongrass, bruised

2 pieces of kandis acid

1000 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut

2 tablespoons oil for frying

How to make:

1. Saute the rendang spices, turmeric leaves, lime leaves and lemongrass until fragrant.

2. Add beef liver. Stir well.

Material:

1 kilogram of beef cut into pieces

1.5 liters of thick coconut milk

1 turmeric leaf

100 grams of fine red chili

5 lime leaves

1 lemongrass stalk crushed

4 cloves of garlic crushed

1 piece of crushed ginger

1 piece of galangal crushed

50 ml Bango sweet soy sauce
