Park Hyatt Jakarta is proud to present an exclusive afternoon tea experience with Pastry Chef Alessio Gallelli from Park Hyatt Milan and Morgane Rey, Champagne Master from Henriot Champagne. This is one of a series of Masters of Food and Wine events which are regularly held at Park Hyatt Jakarta.

Sebastian Krack, Assistant Executive Manager (EAM) – Food and Beverages at Park Hyatt Jakarta, said that this is the second time Park Hyatt Jakarta has held the Masters of Food and Wine and brought happiness to visitors.

“We are very happy to announce the holding of the Masters of Food and Wine event,” said Sebastian Krack at Park Hyatt Jakarta.

Sebastian said that the afternoon tea event which was held from Friday-Sunday, 11-13 October 2024, was very special and served special dishes from the Pastry Chef of Park Hyatt Milan, Italy, Alessio Gallelli.

Chef Alessio brought a special menu of his choice directly from the Park Hyatt Milan which consists of a savory and sweet menu. This event was also attended by experts from their respective fields, including Michellin Star chefs.

Sebastian said that the afternoon tea event from Masters of Food and Wine provided a special dining experience.

“Our guests can enjoy a world-class dining experience guided by nine experts from around the world,” he explained.

For information, Masters of Food and Wine is a Park Hyatt Jakarta event that combines the concepts of world top chefs, mixology, wine and champagne masters. This time the Masters of Food and Wine program presents two Michelin Star chefs.

First, Chef Syrco Bakker who is famous for his creations in Dutch and Indonesian culinary fine dining. Second, Chef Ivan Brehm, owner of the Michelin Nouri restaurant which serves various menus based on in-depth research. That way, what he presents can be accepted universally.

Apart from the two Michelin chefs above, Park Hyatt Jakarta also collaborates with Chef Pasqualino Barbasso from Italy in the Masters of Food and Wine. Meanwhile, pastry chef Alessio Gallelli also served delicious and pampering desserts.
