Material:
- 125 gr dark cooking chocolate, finely chopped
- 25 gr granulated sugar
- 3 chicken egg yolks
- 150 ml chicken egg white

How to make mousse chocolate
1. Put the chocolate over low heat until melted, remove from heat.
2. Add granulated sugar, stir well. Add the egg yolks one by one while stirring quickly until smooth. Set aside.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the chocolate mixture while stirring gently until smooth.
4. Pour into a serving glass. Put it in the refrigerator.
