Material:
- 200 grams of chicken breast meat, thinly sliced, cut into pieces
- 100 grams of peeled shrimp
- 3 fish balls, thinly sliced
- 100 grams of bok choy, shredded
- 100 grams of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed, finely chopped
- 50 grams of onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced obliquely
- 4 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 300 ml broth or water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 3 tablespoons water
- Fine salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- Sugar to taste
