Material:
- 10 pieces of chicken wings
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 cm ginger, crushed
- 1 liter of water for stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 100 grams of lotus seeds
- 250 grams fresh shiitake mushrooms
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 2 stalks of coriander leaves, sliced

1. Wash the chicken wings and drain them.
2. Heat cooking oil with sesame oil. Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Put it in water to make stock and bring to a boil.
3. Add the chicken, soy sauce, salt and ground pepper, cook until the chicken is soft and the sauce has reduced.
4. Soak the lotus seeds in water for 30 minutes, remove the small green seeds in the middle, and boil until soft.
5. Once the chicken is soft, add the lotus seeds and mushrooms, cook briefly and remove from heat.
