Chicken satay salad ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 clove garlic (finely grated)
- 1 teaspoon clear honey
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 lettuce (cut into pieces)
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- Coriander
- 1/2 pomegranate (take out the seeds)

How to make chicken satay salad:
1. Stir the tamari with curry powder, cumin, garlic and honey in a large dish until evenly mixed, then set aside.
2. Slice each chicken breast horizontally into two pieces, then season the chicken breasts with the curry powder mixture. Marinate the chicken breasts then store in the refrigerator for one hour or overnight.
3. Meanwhile, mix the peanut butter with the chili sauce, lime juice, and a tablespoon of water to make a sauce.
4. Heat a non-stick frying pan using medium heat and grease with a little oil, then add the chicken and cover the pan for about five to six minutes.
5. Turn the chicken fillet over and cook again for about one minute until the chicken is evenly cooked. After that, lift and set aside.
6. Cut lettuce, cucumber, red onion, cilantro and pomegranate, then arrange on a plate. Add the chicken and pour the sauce over it just before serving.
