Chicken Roll Recipe, Holiday Picnic Supplies


KOMPAS.com – This holiday invites children and families to take recreation so prepare supplies.

You can make chicken rolls made from chicken breast, wheat flour, white bread, egg, breadcrumbs and margarine.

Meanwhile the chicken roll is cooked with garlic, shallots, salt, pepper and celery.

Material:

  • 50 grams chicken breast, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp wheat flour
  • 50 ml water
  • 5 slices of white bread
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 150 grams bread flour
  • Sufficient cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Spice:

  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp fine salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped

1. Melt margarine, add garlic and shallots, saute until fragrant.

2. Add chicken meat, salt, pepper and celery, cook until the meat is tender.

3. Add flour and water, stir until thickened. Remove, set aside.

4. Take one sheet of white bread, add a fifth of the chicken mixture. Roll the bread so that the chicken mixture is in the middle.

5. Dip the dough in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. Fry with lots of oil and medium heat until brown. Lift, drain. Serve with tomato sauce.
