- 1 piece (280 grams) boneless chicken breast, cut two parts, each split in two
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp Lime juice
- Cooking oil to taste
Coating:
- 1 egg, shake off
- 200 grams of fine white panir flour
