Like chicken soup, this food is also made with chopped vegetables, such as carrots and potatoes.

- 500 gr chicken feet, clean
- 100 gr carrots, cut into pieces
- 100 gr potatoes, cut into pieces
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 stalk celery, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp fried onions
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 liter of water
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 4 red onions, puree
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- Boil water, add claws and salt. Boil the claws until soft. Add carrots and potatoes.
- Saute the garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add it to the boiled claws.
- Add leeks, celery and fried onions. Add pepper, sugar and salt. Stir well. Serve warm.
