- 250 grams of carrots, peeled, cut into blocks and blanched
- 150 grams of ground chicken
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
- ½ onion, sliced long
- 50 grams of peas
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp ground pepper tea
- ½ tsp tea salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in water
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley for sprinkling
- Heat margarine. Saute the garlic until fragrant, then add the ground chicken and stir-fry until it changes color.
- Add carrots and onions, stir until evenly mixed.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well until the spices are mixed.
- Pour in a little water, stir until the dish boils.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water, then pour into the stir-fried chicken. Stir quickly until thickened.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
